We're a few months late writing this review, but we wanted to make sure that we recognized the extraordinary work completed by Tom Saner and his team at Capa Construction. Capa performed an absolute miracle on the exterior of our home, transforming it from the dated 90's look from its original 1999 construction into a stunning new construction look today. We cannot be happier with the result! Tom and his crew replaced all but 2 of the original windows, siding, shutters, front and rear entry doors, soffits, gutters, and fascia. Perhaps the best addition to our home was the stone façade added to the entry way. The transformation is almost unbelievable.
In addition, we’ve seen tangible energy savings with the new windows, doors and insulated siding. Even with the brutal Chicago winter we experienced this year, we’ve noted about 20% in energy savings on just the natural gas bill alone.
My wife and I still marvel at our home every time we pull up in the driveway. Not only were the results spectacular, but the quality of the craftsmanship throughout the rebuild was superb. A great crew of professionals worked on transforming our home for nearly a month, and the results speak for themselves. We can’t say enough about our great experience with Capa Construction!
