I was long overdue on needing six windows and a storm door installed. Capa was the third of three estimates, and while they fell in the middle, I was FAR, FAR more comfortable dealing with Capa than any other company. Tom impressed me as … More being honest and did not try to upsell me to an expensive window brand. Another company insisted on complete window replacement; Tom said that wasn't necessary. (This was important to me because new window treatments would therefore have to be done almost immediately, since my inside frames were wood and the new ones would be vinyl, and that was a hassle I didn't want to deal with right away.) Tom said "we'll take care of you" and he was as good as his word. Their work crew was efficient and hard-working once the windows arrived. Their three men installed everything in one day.
