A phenomenal experience from start to finish!  The whole team was incredible to work with. We are absolutely in love with the final project and they went above and beyond to help us out. We haven't had our windows open in years and every single one has been open since they have been done and we can't appreciate this spring air more! Consider me a very happy customer.  The crew’s attention to detail was A+.  They added a double tier portico over the front door of house. The job was completed in a timely manner with two carpenters showing up at 7:30am and working until 5:30.   Job was completed in five days.

From the moment I found Capa Construction when doing a google search for a contractor to replace whole house siding and replacement windows throughout my home, I cant speak highly enough about Tom and his crews. We're a few months late writing this review, but we wanted to make sure that we recognized the extraordinary work completed by Tom Saner and his team at Capa Construction.  Capa performed an absolute miracle on the exterior of our home, transforming it from the dated 90's look from its original 1999 construction into a stunning new construction look today.  We cannot be happier with the result!  Tom and his crew replaced all but 2 of the original windows, siding, shutters, front and rear entry doors, soffits, gutters, and fascia.  Perhaps the best addition to our home was the stone façade added to the entry way.  The transformation is almost unbelievable. In addition, we’ve seen tangible energy savings with the new windows, doors and insulated siding.  Even with the brutal Chicago winter we experienced this year, we’ve noted about 20% in energy savings on just the natural gas bill alone. My wife and I still marvel at our home every time we pull up in the driveway.  Not only were the results spectacular, but the quality of the craftsmanship throughout the rebuild was superb.  A great crew of professionals worked on transforming our home for nearly a month, and the results speak for themselves. Full home window replacement including patio door. ( 17 windows and 1 patio door) Had a great experience with CAPA, his crews were fantastic. They interacted with my family, my dogs and even watered a plant that was on my deck (plant was dying 😉) The workmanship was absolutely fantastic , the small decorative issues I had were fixed immediately. Capa Construction finished up today with a whole house window replacement.  Prior to choosing Capa to complete the work we also gotten a few other quotes. One experience was more like buying a used car with numbers scribbled on some paper after 3 hours of wasted time. I won’t say it was Window Works. Another quote was in the ballpark of Capa but a major difference Capa was for entire removal and replacement as the other company was for replacement windows. When Tom came out to measure for quote he was very informative about the entire process and explained the difference between replacement windows and complete removal and replacing with a total window unit. When he left even without knowing what his quote would be I felt comfortable and more educated on what getting new windows would be.  Paying for all new windows is quite the home improvement investment and when I received his quote it was comparable to the other company that we were considering. But the huge difference was Capa was going to rip out the old window down to the framing and start new. So it was an easy decision to go with Capa. When it was time to start the project the crews were quick to get to work. Even with the days being hot in the 90s the guys worked thru it. They were friendly and respectful to us and with our home. They kept the area clean along the way. One day no one was home and we felt confident to have the workers there. One concern I had was what the trim would be like after being taken down and reinstalled. But once done it was replaced you couldn’t even tell it had been taken down at all. The final product is a new look we are very happy with. Tom and the crews at Capa Construction would be a quality choice for windows and I gladly recommend them.
